1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase products or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Product information. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, availability, and descriptions. Errors may occur, and we may cancel or refuse orders affected by those errors.
• Taxes & fees. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Payments. You authorize us, or our payment processor, to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
• Educational quotes & purchase orders. For institutions using purchase orders, payment terms are specified on the invoice or quote.

3. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Returns

• Shipping. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Inspection. Inspect shipments promptly and notify us of shortages or damage within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns. Return requests must be authorized in advance and may be subject to restocking where applicable. Custom, opened, used, or consumable items may be non-returnable.

4. Educational Use & Safety

Our kits are intended for educational use under appropriate supervision. You are responsible for safe operation, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including aviation rules for drones, and adherence to school, district, facility, or program policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The website, text, graphics, logos, instructional materials, CAD files, print files, product documentation, and other content are owned by bubble or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Any open-source files or third-party materials are governed by their applicable licenses.

6. User Content & Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content, you grant bubble a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate it without obligation or compensation, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unsafe activities, including unsafe flight operations.
• Reverse engineering or circumvention of security measures not permitted by law.
• Infringing, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content or behavior.
• Use of our products or services in a way that violates applicable laws, school policies, facility rules, or third-party rights.

8. Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate third-party content, tools, payment processors, carriers, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, availability, or performance.

9. Disclaimers

AS IS. Except as expressly provided in a written warranty, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bubble will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the product or service at issue in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bubble and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the site or products, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or violation of the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Where permitted by law, you and bubble waive jury trial rights to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required, we will provide additional notice.
