1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase products or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Product information. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, availability, and descriptions. Errors may occur, and we may cancel or refuse orders affected by those errors.
• Taxes & fees. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Payments. You authorize us, or our payment processor, to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
• Educational quotes & purchase orders. For institutions using purchase orders, payment terms are specified on the invoice or quote.

3. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Returns

• Shipping. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Inspection. Inspect shipments promptly and notify us of shortages or damage within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns. Return requests must be authorized in advance and may be subject to restocking where applicable. Custom, opened, used, or consumable items may be non-returnable.

4. Educational Use & Safety

Our kits are intended for educational use under appropriate supervision. You are responsible for safe operation, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including aviation rules for drones, and adherence to school, district, facility, or program policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The website, text, graphics, logos, instructional materials, CAD files, print files, product documentation, and other content are owned by bubble or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Any open-source files or third-party materials are governed by their applicable licenses.

6. User Content & Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content, you grant bubble a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate it without obligation or compensation, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unsafe activities, including unsafe flight operations.
• Reverse engineering or circumvention of security measures not permitted by law.
• Infringing, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content or behavior.
• Use of our products or services in a way that violates applicable laws, school policies, facility rules, or third-party rights.

8. Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate third-party content, tools, payment processors, carriers, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, availability, or performance.

9. Disclaimers

AS IS. Except as expressly provided in a written warranty, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limited Product Warranty

What This Warranty Covers

bubble, LLC (“bubble”) warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the date of purchase. This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

1. Cosmetic damage.
2. Damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or improper use, installation, operation, or maintenance.
3. Modification of or to any part of the Product.
4. Service attempted outside manufacturer specifications by anyone other than a bubble-authorized service center.
5. Product not purchased from an authorized bubble dealer or authorized sales channel.
6. Product not compliant with applicable technical regulations.

OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS WARRANTY ABOVE, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUBBLE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION AND DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The purchaser acknowledges that the purchaser is responsible for determining whether the Product is suitable for the purchaser’s intended use.

Purchaser’s Remedy

bubble’s obligation and the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty will be, at bubble’s option, to service or replace a Product determined by bubble to be defective. bubble reserves the right to inspect any Product involved in a warranty claim. Service or replacement decisions are at bubble’s sole discretion. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

SERVICE OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY REMEDY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Warranty Claims, Inspection & Service

Once assembly, setup, or use of a Product has begun, warranty or service requests should be directed to bubble. Before shipping a Product to bubble, contact us to obtain return or service instructions and, where required, a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number.

• Include proof of purchase showing the purchase date. Warranty coverage may be denied if satisfactory proof of purchase is not provided.
• Include the RMA number if one has been issued, a list of the items being returned, and a brief description of the problem.
• Package the Product securely. Original product packaging may not be sufficient for shipment without additional protective packaging.
• Use a carrier that provides tracking and appropriate insurance. bubble is not responsible for returned merchandise until it is received and accepted by bubble.

If the applicable warranty conditions are met, the covered Product will be serviced or replaced without charge for the covered service or replacement. Service or replacement decisions remain at bubble’s discretion.

LiPo battery notice: Do not ship LiPo batteries to bubble unless bubble specifically instructs you in writing to do so. If you experience an issue with a LiPo battery, contact bubble Product Support for instructions.

Non-Warranty Service

If requested service is not covered by this Limited Warranty, charges may apply for labor, parts, return freight, inspection, or other service. Where an estimate is requested or required, applicable estimate or diagnostic charges may apply. bubble will provide or confirm the applicable service terms before non-warranty work is authorized where required by law or by bubble’s then-current service procedures.

Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of implied warranties or remedies, so portions of this section may not apply to you. The governing law and dispute provisions in Section 13 apply to these Terms and this Limited Warranty, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bubble will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the product or service at issue in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or rights and remedies that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bubble and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the site or products, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or violation of the rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Where permitted by law, you and bubble waive jury trial rights to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required, we will provide additional notice.
